What are you up to guys? Never heard of me, eh? Got my hands so full since last year. Hopefully, I'll be back for good. Talk to my hand hahaha! I don't wanna push myself harder on this, but one thing is for sure, I'll be updating this blog if not everyday at least once a week.

I have a lot of things to blog about, my family, career, life's journey, and a lot more. I just dunno where and how to start. It makes me feel a newbie here. It's been so long since I had my fingers on this stuff. Sigh, but it's true.

The three of us are still the same, playing "bahay-bahayan". There may be slight changes on our lifestyle, and it inspires us even more to look into our prince's future. And all these things aren't possible without God's untiring love and blessings. Glory to you O' Lord!

Working at PS is something that I am already enjoying. It's so fun to be with different personalities. It makes your world a little bit larger than before. Working gets even better as before when you are around with jolly friends and colleagues, supportive sups and QA analysts plus weekly and monthly contests with big prizes at stake.

Got so many stories to tell, and as always, the busy me need to say ciao now...

blogged a lot like before, sigh! But I only had limited options to choose from, as to what to do first, and what to do next... You might notice that there is no such word as "last" in this post other than this one. Why? Eh sa gusto ko, pakialam mo ba?! Taray hahaha! Chos!

It's been a while. As much as I wanted to update this blog, I just can't when a lot of work is on queu. Alright, so now I got this very limited chance of getting through my fingers...

So where have I been for the past few weeks?

September 14-20, 2009 - We spent a week-long "vacation?" in Citihomes. It was a vacation for all of them, but not me...I had my shift at night, and needs to beat my deadline for the proposal. It's not a marriage proposal, oh no! It's a business proposal that I need to accomplish. I had to multi-task and wish there is beyond 24/7...

After a week, we were back here in Camella. Finally, I had to catch a few hours of sleep everyday. It was another stressful week at work. This time, it's not just those iRate Cx, but also those never-ending changes on stats. Oh well, it's alright but the thing is, there is another shift bidding event. And guess what?! My new sched is 10x5 (M-F ; 9:30pm-6:30am) so I had to go to work 5x a week instead of 4x a week huhuhu!

And the next thing we knew was when Ondoy blew Metro Manila in a span of few hours, then it was gone and left us once again an unforgettable traumatic experience. Thank God we were all safe here in Cavite, but just the thought that there's another typhoon coming, named Peping, I would have wished not to go to work that night.

I may be busy most of the days, but I make sure that we don't miss the Family Day. I spend some quality time with my two boys. We go to Victory Church, stroll at the mall, buy some DVD's and spend the rest of the day and night at home enjoying a movie marathon!

And since it's another Monday today, YOURS TRULY is now signing off...Until next time! Ciao!

Had filled our tummy tonight. I was about to hit my bed again, but I'd rather wait for a few more hours and go online instead. Been sleeping longer than 8 hours. I just wanna hibernate during my off from work since it's the perfect time of appreciating myself at least thrice a week, lol!

It's holiday in the US yipee! Unfortunately, I had to work tomorrow night (my off until Wednesday) in behalf of tonight's supposed work schedule grrrr! I thought I'll be having a super bonggang off from work this week, sigh!

Yesterday morning, I filed a VTO (voluntary time off), but I want it to take effect at 6:00am. Since there were no enough calls then, my sup said "ok!" but she told me to log out at 2:30am...Gosh! It's too early, grrr! Rhea and Kitkat envied me so they also filed a VTO. Where did we spend the rest of the hours? We had a food trip and headed our way to the sleeping room. We were hibernating until 6am. ZzZzzzzz...

Enough for this. It's time to go and check my facebook account...Ciao!

Missing You...

I miss you...
Oh yes, I really, really, really miss you...
Naks emo ba toh?! Alright, been silent for like a decade (chos!) I was just very busy on errr...hibernating? hahaha! So what am I up to lately? I'm enjoying my laughing moment at work with my bunch of new friends. We're all a great match. And I mean it literally because we all have the same color troubling our minds. You betta check it out if you want lol!
Last week was just like any ordinary week except for me. I went to work without a sleep so I was answering calls as if I am just snoring from within. I attended a birthday party of my hubby's uncle and I was supposed to be off from work just for a drinking session, but my sup didn't let me to be idle even just for a shift, grrr! So yes, I missed the drinking session with my hubby's cousins and of course, I missed the most-awaited concert of that night. lakas noh?! hahaha! I went to work on my preferred time so I arrived late for more than an hour.
No worry though because I'm still off for another birthday party at my friend slash co-worker, Jean which will be held at their house in Antipolo. It's the same date for our batch's getaway night-out party in 8-waves, but Reah and me won't be attending that party. We just made excuses because we wanna celebrate Jean's birthday with the three of us ('D Original Friends) yeye!
Yesterday was our company's Sportsfest grand finals and we originally planned to watch the Cheering Squad competition since our batchmate-friend Eliza was part of it. But then again, Reah and I decided not to come since the competition will start after lunch and our shift ended at 8am and we are very much sleepy then. So we left the office and went to Prieto in Malate to send my gift to Jom, my youngest brother and Reah accompanied me. Take note, we are both commuting to and fro the province. She's from Laguna and I'm from Cavite. Isn't it so sweet of her? She super loves me hehehe!
Today, I just arrived home from work and I haven't dragged myself to bed yet. My prince, hubby and I will go to their house after lunch for a movie marathon with hubby's cousins. So I might as well get some sleep after the movie marathon. I had taken my drugs already hahaha! Just kidding, it's just stresstabs and propan so I may still have the energy to do all these stuff without sleep. Wish me luck!

It's my off from work starting tonight until tomorrow so I'm gonna be hibernating again...ZzzzZzzzz...
Okie, I'm signing off for now...It's lunch time...mwah!

Nonsense, errr...

Wake up! My mind is preoccupied with things that I wanna do right now, soon, in the future, etc, etc. Am I making sense here? Lol! Everything is scattered so please bear with me. I have to gather all my thoughts for now and organize them to where they should be, amp! I had 3 hours of sleep so I might need to hit my bed again.

What's new? Hmmm...I'm creating another set of blogs (Again?!), sleeping a lot, getting caught in traffic (excuses, excuses, excuses...for being late this week, hayz!) I just don't like my new sched at work (MWFS: 9pm-8am)...What else? Well, I'll try to gain back my senses first. It seems that I am already talking about nonsense here hahaha!

Ciao for now and watch out for my new set of blogs...Mwah!

Sore Throat...

It's Friday and I just got home from work. I feel so tired today, arrghhh! It's not about the 10 hours of taking calls. What's getting into my nerves is when I had to deal with Irate oldies while balancing my AHT and QA stats. Grrrr! So I had to explain things, excuses, etc. all over again. It's part of the job though. But I never expected my voice to be huskier like this huhuhu! Anyway, I have 3 nights/days off from work to treat this sore throat. Wish me luck?! The two boys might get in their way and I might can't help it to shout at them again!

Back to Work

It's already Monday and it seems like I have never enjoyed my 3 rest days, lol! Kakabitin! Anyway, I am supposed to be snoring at this time. But I terribly missed blogging woooah! So here I am! It feels great doing what you love especially when you're munching on your faves hehehe!

Last night, as soon as I got home, I went to the kitchen and made my specialty salad: Avocado-Banana Salad ala Kristelita. I poured in lots of condensed milk over ice cubes on the bowl and the result is oh so yummy dessert! And up until now, I'm still savoring its taste! I still waaaant some more!

Gosh! I'll be meeting my brother in Makati Ave. tonight. So I have to be there 2 hours before my shift, which is at 10pm tonight. He just arrived this morning for his 1 day training and he'll be back home (Legazpi) tomorrow morning. I have to prepare now...ciao!

It's a Real Thing!

I arrived home at 12 noon today. And I have already eaten my lunch. I'm actually ready for a "goodnight" sleep when I decided to peek on my lappie first. Anyway, it was a great shift for me from 10pm until 9am today. I have taken calls from nice grannies and everything was addressed right. There may be times when it's hard to deal with oldies like them, but I also feel pity for them especially those grannies who would mention about their condition. Some of them would wish to change their address for the first line only since they are already living in a nursing home. And some would even mention that what makes their day alive is when they get to read our magazines.
My heart melts everytime I hear stuff like that huhuhu! If only I can comfort them...Anyway, enough for sniffy rants...I better get off from here. I'm super sleepy now ZzzzZzzzz...

We're off to Camella this afternoon for my painting job (again?!). Yea, I wasn't able to finish painting our home last Sunday so I had to go back to finish it today (wish me luck, hehehe!). As for hubby, he already finished his assignment on pipes and floor. His new task would be the electrical wirings. He should see to it that the electrician will finish the task not later this afternoon.

I feel like I never had days-off from work huhuhu! Oh by the way, Ms. Sup already txted my new sched, and luckily I had the 10x4 sched, which is 10 hours/day and 4 days/week. Sounds great, ayt? I'll be enjoying 3 rest days and that would be Friday, Saturday and Sunday, yipee!

Ciao for now...brb!

It's our Graduation Day! Yes! Our training for R_____ D_____ account is finally over. And I must say that we will all gonna miss it for it's the time when our (batch 16) friendship started from the Client Specific towards the Nesting period. And since it's our Graduation Day and as promised by our training supervisor, we were given the opportunity to choose our own schedule according to our ranks.

And yours truly got the 8th rank out of 20 agents so whatever schedule that was not chosen by the first 7 agents would be my schedule, which is also part of my chosen scheds. And that would also be the same rule for the rest. But that will be announced tomorrow thru a txt msge from our bubbly supervisor.

But before we left the "confession room", the team with the lowest revenue headed by TA Tinkerbell showed us their groovin' moves which made us all screamin' with excitement. Then we all went down at the lobby area to wait for the RD Supervisors and auditors. We were supposed to celebrate our Graduation Day at Ms. Sup's home in Antipolo, but it's too far so we just settled at Rufo's restaurant. We munched on Rufo's special tapa, which is super yummy! And the next thing I knew, our table was already filled with buckets of beers courtesy of the sups and auditors. I preferred not to drink much of beer because I still had to travel from Makati to Cavite huhuhu! Omi kept on giving us bottles of beer and we just can't say NO. I was already tipsy when I emptied a bottle of beer so I cheated on them hahaha!

There seemed to be no superiorirty over the agents because all of them made us feel that we are very much welcome to the RD account. They rather not talk about work-related topics when it's supposed to be a celebration. We just can't help it, of course hehehe! We are too excited and at the same time nervous because we'll be on our own next week. There will be no more QA's to tell us the what's and how's when we're taking live calls. It's gonna be a different scenario next week...
Ok going back to the celebration, everyone was happy and grinning with laughter. But there was also a moment of emoticons for Jen and Ron. No it's not an LQ. It's two different stories. But I better not talk about it here. To sum it all up, we had a great bonding moment with everyone in our batch as well as with the Sups and the Auditors...We left Rufo's before Lunch and I arrived home at 1:00pm. (Photo grabbed from Jen: Some of us missed the picture taking huhuhu!)

I just had to peek over my lappie so I better get off here...Goodnight to me peeps!

Birthday preps and celebration was over and I still got no time to organize the photos during my 'lil prince birthday celebration. I got my hands full right now so no matter how eager I am to blog about the party and also to update my old and newly created blogs as well as multiply accounts I really can't right now as I have lots of work to accomplish before November ends.

But I'll work on them ASAP. An hour might lessen the pending loads that I heart to do than work on these repetitive routine, articles, SEO, data entry, etc. So I will try to include them in my hectic schedule.

In the meantime, le'mme show you my 'lil Tarzan's 3rd Birthday Cake. Simple, yet cutie lol! Oh btw, I'm proud to say that I didn't spend a lot on this cake. The thrifty me didn't like the idea of ordering a birthday cake for a price of P800+ especially if the design doesn't suit my taste so I decided to work on the design by myself (yipee!). I'll tell you more about it next time.

Here it is...go and savor its oh so sweet and yummy taste!

Alright, I know I know I've not been blogging for a few days (was it weeks) now. There are a lot of things that I needed to put my focus on. And my work is eating my time. Well, I don't mind it though since it's giving me more opportunities to earn dollars. Next in queue is my kid who's getting smarter and naughty now. As for my hubby, he is always away from home since his work requires him to travel to different provinces in the Bicol Region and Quezon Province as well. Also part of my busy-ness is our humble abode. I always keep it tidy, cute and organized. I can't just sit here and ignore my kiddo messing around. I also have to prepare for our meals and snacks, which is quite hard for me since I am not really into cooking. I bought 5 different cookbooks, but I haven't even flipped a single page from any of them hahaha! A lazy lass, alright!

It's already November, which prompted me to post here as I might lose track on what's going on in the blogosphere. And since it's the first day of November, I am trying to push myself to update my blogs at least once or twice a week. Hope promises aren't meant to be broken this time, lol! So le'mme sum up my escapades for the past few days (weeks)...

  1. I was worried about my kiddo's appetite. He didn't like eating meals. He only ate biscuits and sipped his milk. I was wondering if the problem is with his milk or vitamins. For a few months now, I changed his milk from Enfagrow A+ to Lactum 1+ Chocolate flavor simply because I want him to gain some fats, but Lactum 1+ Chocolate flavor has no effect on him.

I also considered his vitamins. I've been partnering his Ceelin Syrup vitamins with:

(1st) Nutrilin Syrup, (2nd) Growee Chlorella Syrup, (3) Tiki-Tiki Star Syrup

2. I was so desperate to help my kiddo gain weight. So I went to the nearest drugstore and asked if they have Propan Syrup for kids and if I can buy it without any doctor's prescription. I heard it from a lot of mommies that it is one of the best supplements that aids weight gain for kids. I also did some research on this and found out that it contains Buclizine HCl component, which has a metabolic effect to stimulate appetite and enhances weight gain. And guess what, it is working on my kiddo. In just 2 days of taking this vitamin, my kiddo has gained back his appetite on foods. As a matter of fact, he always craves for more nutritious foods and I'm very happy with the effect on it to my son. At long last, I finally found the best supplement for him. I'll post its photo later.

3. Bendyk and I went malling a week ago. And he pissed me off because he'd go away from me to look for some things that interest him. He's like that when we're at the mall so I thought that maybe he's just around and has been keeping his eyes on where I am. I was carrying heavy bags that afternoon, so I didn't hold his hand on our way out of the mall. But I know he's following me when we passed by McDonald's. But before reaching the exit, I was astounded to find out that Bendyk wasn't with me.

I was really worried at that time and had 3 rounds to and fro the area where I last saw him. The mall was crowded then because the city is celebrating its fiesta. I decided to leave my grocery bags at the guard and headed my way to search for my kiddo. I was so happy to see him safe, roaming in circles close to the package counter. He was not crying then. He was only staring down the floor and roamed in circles. But when I got near him, He hugged me too tight and all of a sudden outburst his tears. I know right then that he was frightened when he didn't find me. My heart melted of seeing him like that. The people around had no idea that my boy was lost. They didn't even see him crying so they thought that he was just playing around.

It taught me a lesson and I bet my kiddo too. I've come to know him better. He is a brave kid who wants to keep his ego untouched when with strange people around. And he found my love and comfort enough to melt his heart.

4. My mom, our prince and I went malling two weeks ago and had our snacks at Jollibee. A service crew approached me and asked if I want to let my kiddo join their Halloween Costume Party. My kiddo heard it and confirmed that he really wanted to join the party. And since it's for my prince, I bought 4 tickets to the party, for him, mom, Jom, and of course for me.

The party was held at Landco Plaza on October 28, 2008. My kiddo wore his 1st Birthday Spiderman costume. It fitted on him this time since I bought it too big for his 1st birthday. My kiddo had so much fun at the party. By the way, it's his first time to attend a costume party. I want to expose him for such events so he'll get used to it. And I've seen him enjoyed much at the party. He even volunteered to ramp on the stage for the Halloween fashion show. Here are some of the photos taken:

5. Bendyk's can of Lactum was finally emptied. And so I decided to buy him Enfa milk and since he's turning 3 in a few days, I didn't buy him Enfagrow A+ anymore, which is for 1 year to 3 year old kids. I bought him the last series of Enfa milk instead, the Enfakid A+ which is for ages 3 to 6 years old.

From birth until now, he's a loyal drinker of Meadjohnson's Enfa series. It all started from me. When I was still an infant, my milk then was Enfalac. And so I passed mine to my baby. He completed the series, Enfalac, Enfapro A+, Enfagrow A+, and now Enfakid A+. Meadjohnson's Enfa A+ Series is known for its DHA, a brain enhancer stimulant. And now I will only let my kid stick to this milk.

6. It's All Saint's Day, but we already went to the cemetery as part of the tradition. The weather isn't good tonight so we hadn't stayed longer in the cemetery unlike before that we used to have a picnic style at Bicol Memorial Park. Tonight, we just lit candles to our loved-ones' tomb and uttered a 'lil prayer.

7. Yea, I've been very busy for the past few days (weeks), and up until now I have not yet made up my mind on what to prepare for my kiddo's upcoming 3rd birthday. It'll already be on the 5th of November and I haven't bought anything yet. I was thinking if we will have a pool party or a simple animal party theme at home. I'll settle on some DIY stuffs for his birthday to save from too much expenses. His first birthday party taught me a lesson to not spend more for things that I can prepare for myself. Yea, practicality knocks on me again. It's good though. Why spend a lot for a kiddie party? Kids aren't so demanding unlike adults. They can be happy for simple things, and not for a extravagant party, right?

I'll be very much busy tomorrow for a 3-day preparation for my kiddo's 3rd birthday party. I haven't even sent invitations yet. I'll make a list as early as tomorrow. I'll update you by then...

This is all for now...Ciao!

A Robot Momma...

It's been a tiring week again. I had to make a hole in my couch for 10 hours a day. My blogging session is excluded in that time range so I really have to make a daily time plan to meet everything that I have to deal with everyday. And that of course will include my time for my Prince Bendyk, his bubble bath, food/milk intake, napping hours, and pre-education; keeping our home neat and organized is also another thing that I do daily; I also make it a point that I alot time for myself and for my hubby...
Now let me do the math...if in a day there's 24 hours, how long will my sleeping time be? If hubby is at home, maybe I can sleep for 7 1/2 hours; if he's out of town, I can only sleep for 6 hours. Why? Hubby is the one in-charge for the breakfast and dinner preparation so I have nothing to worry about my anacondas hahaha! But if he's not at home, yours truly usually do suffer from nosebleeding (lolz!) thanks for the "instants"...
Enough of the complaints hahaha! I am loving it though. I'd rather be busy, playing 3 roles (yaya to Bendyk, muchacha @ home, freelancer) everyday. I feel lika a superwoman hahaha! And mere the work inspires me more to stay for that long hours as I am able to triple the income to that of in a regular office. So I think I really have to start making a daily time plan...soon!
Anyway, been spending much of my time here. I just dropped by to relax after long hours of working. It's time to get back to work again kristala! Ciao!

Whew! It was a tiring day for me...been sleeping late at night (oh! it's almost 3 a.m.) for the entire week. I woke up late at around 11:00 a.m. today and immediately seated in front of my computer to meet my deadline arrrggghh! It's just a good thing that I finished it in half an hour. Had to go to my former office to get my moolah hahaha! Yea, my last pay that is. With all the expenses that we have monthly, it's indeed a great help for us.

Anyway, we waited for hubby to arrive from his trip. While waiting, mom and my youngest brother came over at Mama's house (Hubby's granny) and brought some imported choc'lets to Bendyk and clothes (pasalubong from mom's uncle in the U.S.). I was actually surprised that mom visited us since we're not in good terms before we left. I was only expecting my youngest brother when he texted me that he'll be coming over to play with Bendyk. Well, I am so much happy that mom and I are okay now. She must have realized what I meant when we had our last conflict.

I'm still the soft-hearted person who would always have the heart melt so soon. So far, so good. I just keep on praying that may God help us to get our family back into shape again. I just dunno about my dad, who I heard enjoying in other's arms. Too bad. And that hurts me more, and I guess much more to my mom. Sigh! Anyway, I pity my mom so much that I wanted to help her despite the conflict we had a month ago. So there I was, I didn't wait for any word; I just helped her even for simple things. And I told my brother to come with us for we are going to shop for his school needs. I so much heart and pity my youngest brother because at a very young age, he already witnessed how ironic a broken home is. As her ate, I want to give him the best as long as I can just to let him feel the love and care of a family. My bro. who's in Manila right now and I are much closer now unlike before that we were like cat and dog. We talked about our plans for the family, for mom and our youngest brother. And it really feels good that we are talking that way. We are just hoping that everything will be alright. As for our dad, we keep on hoping and praying that he may realized how he's been hurting us. We are not closing our doors. He is still our dad. Hope he would change soon. Hayyyzzz....

Anyhoo, the day went well. We are already starving so we just had our dinner at Jollibee (I know, I told myself to limit from spending much for impracticality...oh well, hahaha! tomorrow nah again, lolz!) At National Bookstore, I have chosen a dozen of Disney cartoon characters notebooks. But when I showed them to my bro. he just shrugged his shoulders off. Yea, he didn't like any of them. He told me that he's not a kid anymore. I was laughing then when I looked at him and realized that our family baby has "completely?" grown-up. He told me that he'd rather want the Ragnarok covers than the Disney cartoons. So the ate can't do anything about it but to let him choose what he really wants. While Bendyk who's already holding his new set of crayons keeps bragging his dad with matching tears to get him the Pokemon coloring book. Oh dear, Pokemon may be free on TV when you watch it, but this time it costs too much for a coloring book. How did he find it, anyway?! He just looked around and stumbled it on one of the shelves! Grrr!
After paying for the school supplies, my bro. told me that he doesn't have a bag. Oh my! another expenses again??!!! Mom bought him a Montanara bag 5 months before the class had ended. Hayyzzz! I almost scold him thinking that he didn't take good care of it. Kasi naman tong pasaway naming bro.dinala pala sa Manila yung bag! Grrr!!! Relax! Relax! Yaka pa hahaha! So there we were buying a Nike bag at the mall. The thrifty me would wish to buy the cheapest bag. But hello?! Until when naman kaya yun sa bro. ko?! Dati monthly kung magpalit ng bag sa dami ba naman kasing books pinapadala ng titser ngmumukha na ngang pagong bro. ko...hayyyzz! So instead of buying a "disposable" bag I'd rather go for a high quality bag na lang, long lasting naman. Eh, long lasting naman kaya datung ko? Waaahhh! Shower me with riches naman mga millionaires and billionaires jan, lolz!

And then we had some groceries before we headed our way out of the mall. My youngest bro. sleeps here with us for tonight. They just had fun coloring Bendyk's book while watching their fave "Joaquin Bordado and Lobo" I'm also an avid fan hehehe! So no arguments...lolz!

Hey! Hey! You gotta have some break 'cause there are a lot of things to be done...I almost forgot. Hayyyzz! The procrastinator again, lolz! I dunno where to start, I don't even know how...So let me have some focus now. The procrastinator is signing off while the busy bee will be signing on...Goodnight! Mwaaahhh!

Hubby woke me up early this morning to prepare for his trip. He'll be attending a meeting with his boss, coordinator and his co-auditors all over Luzon. He was told days ago about the meeting and all the while we thought that the meeting will only take a day. But just this morning when his boss texted him to bring clothes for a 2-day meeting. Sigh! I'll miss him as much as Bendyk will miss him. He'll meet my bro. at Philtranco, Cubao tonight. Hope they can have some clean fun hahaha!

How we wish we could come with him, stroll around the malls in Metro Manila, especially the newest tourist spot, Manila Ocean Park. But because of our tight budget, we just have to wait for his next trip to Manila. Hayyzzz! I miss Manila, the huge malls, the heavy traffic, gigantic buildings especially the sweat-free elevators, the busy street vendors, and the like.

Soon, I'll be coming home, Manila, Manila...hahaha! napakanta na, lolz! Anyway, I hope and pray that hubby may have a safe trip to and fro Manila. While Bendyk and I are left here but tonight and the following night, hubby's cousin will be staying here with us.

We'll miss you hubby! See yah soon...mwah!

It's the 15th of April, the effectivity date of my resignation from my previous work. Yea, I decided to leave my job and in the meantime would try my best to be a "wifey momma". It's so strange that for over 2 years of becoming a mom, I never been an ideal mom to my kiddo and a good wife to my hubby. I'm not so sure of this, but I guess it's quite true.

Anyhoo, I started the day cleaning the house, rearranging stuffs from one corner to another and so far it feels good to touch them once again. You see, I've always been a frustrated interior designer so expect everything inside the house to be rearranged once a week or at least twice a month. It makes me feel oh so damn goood!

Done with the general cleaning and assisted my prince bendyk in his milky bubble bath. My prince looks fresh again so I turned on the TV so he could watch his anticipated fave show, wowowee. While the wifey momma went to the kitchen to cook for our lunch. Hubby is at work so no one would cook for Bendyk and me. (sigh!) I found fresh longaniza and was confused on how to cook it the right way. I forgot to ask hubby about it before he left.

Well, I imagined how it looks like when cooked so I figured out the procedures. I washed the longaniza first before putting them on the pan. And then I half-filled the pan with water, and put it in the stove, covered them and waited for a few minutes until the water boiled. I picked every piece of longanizas and sliced each into thin pieces. After that, I put a little cooking oil in an empty pan, put the longanizas on it, sprinkled a pint of sugar to caramelize and put them on the stove. I tossed and turned them on the pan so they won't get burned.

And after a few minutes...

My specialty for today...taraaan!

When you try to look at it closely, you'll notice that some part are a 'lil burned. I found out that cooking this kind of dish sticks on the pan so I had to gather extra effort just to toss and turn them. About the taste, well...I must admit that it doesn't taste good. It's some kinda sour and a bit sweet. I dunno if the problem is with my cooking or the mixture of the one who made it. Sigh! Better luck next time christelle, hehehe!

After lunch, cleaned the table and washed the dirty dishes on the sink, I took a bath and interact once again with my techie-buddy. I have a lot of online work to do. You see, I resigned from my job, but it doesn't mean that I don't work anymore. I deal with data entry, social marketing, and monetized blogging so expect me to be busy everyday like when I was still working in a real office.
