blogged a lot like before, sigh! But I only had limited options to choose from, as to what to do first, and what to do next... You might notice that there is no such word as "last" in this post other than this one. Why? Eh sa gusto ko, pakialam mo ba?! Taray hahaha! Chos!

It's been a while. As much as I wanted to update this blog, I just can't when a lot of work is on queu. Alright, so now I got this very limited chance of getting through my fingers...

So where have I been for the past few weeks?

September 14-20, 2009 - We spent a week-long "vacation?" in Citihomes. It was a vacation for all of them, but not me...I had my shift at night, and needs to beat my deadline for the proposal. It's not a marriage proposal, oh no! It's a business proposal that I need to accomplish. I had to multi-task and wish there is beyond 24/7...

After a week, we were back here in Camella. Finally, I had to catch a few hours of sleep everyday. It was another stressful week at work. This time, it's not just those iRate Cx, but also those never-ending changes on stats. Oh well, it's alright but the thing is, there is another shift bidding event. And guess what?! My new sched is 10x5 (M-F ; 9:30pm-6:30am) so I had to go to work 5x a week instead of 4x a week huhuhu!

And the next thing we knew was when Ondoy blew Metro Manila in a span of few hours, then it was gone and left us once again an unforgettable traumatic experience. Thank God we were all safe here in Cavite, but just the thought that there's another typhoon coming, named Peping, I would have wished not to go to work that night.

I may be busy most of the days, but I make sure that we don't miss the Family Day. I spend some quality time with my two boys. We go to Victory Church, stroll at the mall, buy some DVD's and spend the rest of the day and night at home enjoying a movie marathon!

And since it's another Monday today, YOURS TRULY is now signing off...Until next time! Ciao!

Rain, Rain Go Away!

I hate it when we're going out when it rains. It's not really the rain that I hate about, but the way it sprinkles mud on our feet, and worst it leaves stains on the pants. And despite this fact, we're still off to Citihomes and SM today and no rain can stop us from doing so hehehe! I postponed the painting job and spent my Friday and Saturday in bed to compensate for those sleepy days before and after work. Tomorrow will be another working night for me so I have to grab this chance and unwind for sometime, even during this rainy sprinkling day!
Have a wonderful weekend, peeps!!!

We woke up early today and had our early lunch at 10am. Our little prince was very much excited so hubby and I decided that we go to Manila to fulfill his excitement. We had a little shopping and had snacks at Robinsons Ortigas. Until we decided to drop by at my aunt's house in Pasig. They were so happy to see us, especially their ultimate favorite, Santino hehehe! It's been a long time since the last time we visited them.
We left their place at 6pm. Our little prince was so tired and sleepy so we had to take the C5, otherwise, we'll be caught in a heavy traffic. We reached home at 8pm and my prince and I hit the bed right after taking our dinner. It was a very tiring day, but another memorable day for us...

happy new year Pictures, Images and Photos

It's New Year once again. We welcomed the year with a smile on our faces wishing that may 2009 be a lucky year for all of us. We also feasted on our simple, yet sumptuous food which hubby and I prepared for our Media Noche.

We are only 6 who celebrated New Year at home, but we are all happy to welcome the New Year as we bid good-bye to Year 2008. We went to the rooftop to light the fireworks we've bought and we were all amazed of what we viewed in the sky. Beautiful fireworks lit up the dark night sky, and my little prince loved looking at them.

Happy New Year!!!

Since everyone feels bored at home, Auntie and Uncle decided that we go to SM Southmall to watch a movie. We were divided into 2 groups and we were only given 5 hours to do whatever we want with our given budget hehehe! So at exactly 4:00 pm we had to meet up at the entrance. Sigh! I'm not used to having a limited time when I'm at the mall. We went there before lunchtime so we had our lunch separately on our chosen place. And instead of watching a movie, we all decided to do some shopping so we can freely choose the best items.

After shopping, we went to Storyland and had some photos taken. Although I'm afraid of heights I decided to join hubby's cousins in the roller coaster so as to conquer my fear. I was too nervous even before I took the seat. I was screaming when the train goes up and down. But when it's about to end, I feel like wanna try it again hahaha!

All in all, it was a very happy day for all of us!

It's Christmas, and le'mme greet you all a Merry merry merry Christmas! May we all feel the spirit of Christmas not only today, but all year long and the coming years.

How's our Christmas? Well, it's super duper merry and exciting. It's an annual celebration here to celebrate a Christmas party. We had our exchange gifts and had various party games at the rooftop. The games are the highlight of the party because Santa Claus (Uncle Harry) just arrived home from Hong Kong before the game started. He was in charge for the cash prizes, of course hehehe! We all enjoyed the games and everyone was screaming with excitement even the oldies. Before 12 midnight, we went downstairs for our sumptuous Noche Buena.

We all filled our tummy with different foods served at the table. And then Auntie Neth and Santa Claus came carrying Fossil paper bags on their hands. Of course, everyone got very excited again upon seeing the bags. We already had a clue that what's inside if not Fossil watches, either Guess, DKNY or Adidas wristwatches since they also supply these brands. Santa Claus works for a company that produces and supplies branded watches so it's always our wish to have one of their branded wristwatches. They called our names one by one. And when my name was called, yours truly was beaming with smile hahaha! Who wouldn't be, it's a DKNY
watch! Yohoo! 2 Years ago, the Santa Claus couple gave me a Guess wristwatch with diamond stones around it. This time, it's a DKNY gold wristwatch with black stones on its bracelet. Thank you Auntie Neth and Uncle Harry! I had the best Fossil watch among the Fossil watches that night hahaha! We were all teasing about that. Hubby got an Adidas black stainless steel wristwatch and it looks really great too. Our prince since he's still a baby got 3 little cute turtles inside a Fossil case and he liked it very much. He also got a doggie stuff toy. He treated them as for real hahaha! Auntie Neth gave him a pair of Jersey and a Converse shoes.

If the Santa couple gave us their presents, we also gave them a very special and creative present which yours truly wholeheartedly created. It's a digiscrap album where each beloved pamangkin has photos in it with a message for the couple. I encoded our messages and uploaded our photos when I created that digiscrap at Netopi@ since dial-up connection is darn slow at home. For the final touches, Melyn and I bound the photo digiscrap sheets with a green Christmas paper yarn inserted in the holes which looks like a steno notebook but we tied the paper yarn and opened the last portions so as to make a big ribbon out of it. And since it's our gift, we wrapped it in a ready-made mint green paper wrapper and tied the ribbon at the center.

And guess what?! The couple was very happy to know that we also got a present for them. And they appreciate our effort of creating such gift. They both said that it's creative and really like it hehehe! How about you guys? How did you celebrate your Christmas? Hope we all had a merry Christmas this year! Merry Christmas once again! Mwah! Mwah!

While I was organizing my files in my thumb drive, I happened to browse some photos which were taken months ago. And I smirk upon seeing how close my prince is to his dad even up to now. Please take a look at the photo below:

Hubby and our little prince

This photo was taken last summer at Wildlife Park & Zoo. It was actually our little prince who got a wish that we spend the weekend at the park. And it was a wish come true. Why did I choose to upload this photo? Oh well, it's nostalgic for me as a mom and a wifey. I am always feeling overwhelmed whenever I see them like that. Our little prince remained close to his dad. For him, his dad is his savior from my cruel hands and his Santa Claus who would give him whatever he wishes.

We were sitting at the grass then and the little prince kept seated on his dad's lap while they munch on our baon together. Just by looking at the photo draws smile on my lips as I am really proud to have them both in my life. They are my treasure whom Santa had given me as my wish. And I'm sure they also feel the same towards each other. That's why I am also treasuring this photo as my keepsake and CIEVA will help me with that. It's way better than other digital photo frames available. You will also get to join the contest and be a lucky winner of the $500 cash prize. 1 random entry will be drawn everyday so goodluck!

Quick Escape

Why is the title, "quick escape?" Well, it's because I asked my two boys to change their clothes for we are gonna dine out tonight. I dunno, I am just so tired the whole day working with this techie. So I thought it wouldn't hurt if I give myself some break even for just a while.
Alright, it's already past 6:00 in the evening so we really had to hurry up. We first dropped by at WOF because Bendyk was pissing me off whenever he asks for something that he seems can't wait to have it or do it! Arrrghhhh! After 2 rides, and our race with hubby, we went downstairs for our dinner. It's getting late and some of the stores are starting to clean the area. We were supposed to be eating at Jollibee because it's Bendyk's wish. But we decided to leave the area because my supposed to be dinner, spag was no longer available at that time. As for the chicken I only want breast or thigh part, but they only have wing parts. darn!
Our last resort was Graceland, but it seems that Bendyk wanted to complain of his french fries. Was it camote or potato? Uhuh! It doesn't taste good and I pity my son for that. No one can really beat the taste of Jollibee's and McDo's french fries...
Anyway, need to work now...I have to so I can get back the money I spent for my dinner treat tonight hahaha! Yea, I've been making my expenses my inspiration so I can drive myself to work every time lolz!
Ciao!

Hubby was about to leave the house, but I stopped him. Nah! I didn't ask him to stay. I just told him to wait for me and Bendyk because we're going out with him. I dunno why I suddenly felt an urge to go out and see what's with the outside world now. Yeye, it seems that I have been stuck here for a year, lolz!
So there, we went out. I'm already starving but hubby has to go to LBC first to send his report. After that, we ate out at Graceland for a change. I've had enough with Jollibee and I am already missing "halo-halo". After filling our tummy we went straight to LCC Mall for Bendyk's playtime at WOF and had some groceries for our week-long supply.
It felt so good to be back at the outside world. And I wish I have enough time to stroll around the malls. You see, my feet are itching for malls hahaha! I am just trying to fix my schedule for my next trip to the outside world, lolz! Wish me luck!

Whew! It was a tiring day for me...been sleeping late at night (oh! it's almost 3 a.m.) for the entire week. I woke up late at around 11:00 a.m. today and immediately seated in front of my computer to meet my deadline arrrggghh! It's just a good thing that I finished it in half an hour. Had to go to my former office to get my moolah hahaha! Yea, my last pay that is. With all the expenses that we have monthly, it's indeed a great help for us.

Anyway, we waited for hubby to arrive from his trip. While waiting, mom and my youngest brother came over at Mama's house (Hubby's granny) and brought some imported choc'lets to Bendyk and clothes (pasalubong from mom's uncle in the U.S.). I was actually surprised that mom visited us since we're not in good terms before we left. I was only expecting my youngest brother when he texted me that he'll be coming over to play with Bendyk. Well, I am so much happy that mom and I are okay now. She must have realized what I meant when we had our last conflict.

I'm still the soft-hearted person who would always have the heart melt so soon. So far, so good. I just keep on praying that may God help us to get our family back into shape again. I just dunno about my dad, who I heard enjoying in other's arms. Too bad. And that hurts me more, and I guess much more to my mom. Sigh! Anyway, I pity my mom so much that I wanted to help her despite the conflict we had a month ago. So there I was, I didn't wait for any word; I just helped her even for simple things. And I told my brother to come with us for we are going to shop for his school needs. I so much heart and pity my youngest brother because at a very young age, he already witnessed how ironic a broken home is. As her ate, I want to give him the best as long as I can just to let him feel the love and care of a family. My bro. who's in Manila right now and I are much closer now unlike before that we were like cat and dog. We talked about our plans for the family, for mom and our youngest brother. And it really feels good that we are talking that way. We are just hoping that everything will be alright. As for our dad, we keep on hoping and praying that he may realized how he's been hurting us. We are not closing our doors. He is still our dad. Hope he would change soon. Hayyyzzz....

Anyhoo, the day went well. We are already starving so we just had our dinner at Jollibee (I know, I told myself to limit from spending much for impracticality...oh well, hahaha! tomorrow nah again, lolz!) At National Bookstore, I have chosen a dozen of Disney cartoon characters notebooks. But when I showed them to my bro. he just shrugged his shoulders off. Yea, he didn't like any of them. He told me that he's not a kid anymore. I was laughing then when I looked at him and realized that our family baby has "completely?" grown-up. He told me that he'd rather want the Ragnarok covers than the Disney cartoons. So the ate can't do anything about it but to let him choose what he really wants. While Bendyk who's already holding his new set of crayons keeps bragging his dad with matching tears to get him the Pokemon coloring book. Oh dear, Pokemon may be free on TV when you watch it, but this time it costs too much for a coloring book. How did he find it, anyway?! He just looked around and stumbled it on one of the shelves! Grrr!
After paying for the school supplies, my bro. told me that he doesn't have a bag. Oh my! another expenses again??!!! Mom bought him a Montanara bag 5 months before the class had ended. Hayyzzz! I almost scold him thinking that he didn't take good care of it. Kasi naman tong pasaway naming bro.dinala pala sa Manila yung bag! Grrr!!! Relax! Relax! Yaka pa hahaha! So there we were buying a Nike bag at the mall. The thrifty me would wish to buy the cheapest bag. But hello?! Until when naman kaya yun sa bro. ko?! Dati monthly kung magpalit ng bag sa dami ba naman kasing books pinapadala ng titser ngmumukha na ngang pagong bro. ko...hayyyzz! So instead of buying a "disposable" bag I'd rather go for a high quality bag na lang, long lasting naman. Eh, long lasting naman kaya datung ko? Waaahhh! Shower me with riches naman mga millionaires and billionaires jan, lolz!

And then we had some groceries before we headed our way out of the mall. My youngest bro. sleeps here with us for tonight. They just had fun coloring Bendyk's book while watching their fave "Joaquin Bordado and Lobo" I'm also an avid fan hehehe! So no arguments...lolz!

Hey! Hey! You gotta have some break 'cause there are a lot of things to be done...I almost forgot. Hayyyzz! The procrastinator again, lolz! I dunno where to start, I don't even know how...So let me have some focus now. The procrastinator is signing off while the busy bee will be signing on...Goodnight! Mwaaahhh!
