Wake up! My mind is preoccupied with things that I wanna do right now, soon, in the future, etc, etc. Am I making sense here? Lol! Everything is scattered so please bear with me. I have to gather all my thoughts for now and organize them to where they should be, amp! I had 3 hours of sleep so I might need to hit my bed again.
What's new? Hmmm...I'm creating another set of blogs (Again?!), sleeping a lot, getting caught in traffic (excuses, excuses, excuses...for being late this week, hayz!) I hate it when we're going out when it rains. It's not really the rain that I hate about, but the way it sprinkles mud on our feet, and worst it leaves stains on the pants. And despite this fact, we're still off to Citihomes and SM today and no rain can stop us from doing so hehehe! I postponed the painting job and spent my Friday and Saturday in bed to compensate for those sleepy days before and after work. Tomorrow will be another working night for me so I have to grab this chance and unwind for sometime, even during this rainy sprinkling day!

It's Friday and I just got home from work. I feel so tired today, arrghhh! It's not about the 10 hours of taking calls. What's getting into my nerves is when I had to deal with Irate oldies while balancing my AHT and QA stats. Grrrr! So I had to explain things, excuses, etc. all over again. It's part of the job though. But I never expected my voice to be huskier like this huhuhu! Anyway, I have 3 nights/days off from work to treat this sore throat. Wish me luck?! The two boys might get in their way and I might can't help it to shout at them again!
Today is the most awaited event of our moving in for this year. I can't remember how many homes we had for a newbie family like us. And it's another day of moving in and we're finally home, in Camella Homes! Yes, we are all excited! We have been looking forward into having our "home sweet home". For one, I can now continue working on my wild imaginations and make it happen. I have actually started it with exterior painting. Everything is in Amber Rose for the exterior and black paint on the window grills and gate. The first part of our home also comes in Amber Rose. And the rest will be painted in yellow...I'll tell you more about it after getting them done probably during my next day off.

I was supposed to start decorating our new home in Camella, but hubby told me to cancel it and do it on my next day off. He went there with the electrician to check the wirings since the last time they did, it was all ruined. Then hubby texted me to bring them a lunch since they are already working on the wirings. So I prepared their lunch and left home with our prince. But before we went there, I dropped by at the hardware to buy a liter of paint. I was planning to paint the kitchen area while waiting for them, which didn't happen because I had to look after our prince who might touch any live wires that are scattered on the floor.
While hubby and the electrician were busy working on the wires, my prince and I were also busy munching on their snacks hahaha! One day was not enough to finish all the wiring works and that there's gonna be another Sunday for that single work, whew! It was almost 5pm when we left Camella. We arrived home in 10 mins. just by walking from Camella Homes' gate to Citihomes.
My prince and I had nothing to do at home so I grabbed my cam while my prince had his best shots hehehe! I'll show them to you later when I come back or probably tomorrow. I just need to go to SM to buy some stuff and hubby's cousin will be tagging along with me.

We're off to Camella this afternoon for my painting job (again?!). Yea, I wasn't able to finish painting our home last Sunday so I had to go back to finish it today (wish me luck, hehehe!). As for hubby, he already finished his assignment on pipes and floor. His new task would be the electrical wirings. He should see to it that the electrician will finish the task not later this afternoon.
I feel like I never had days-off from work huhuhu! Oh by the way, Ms. Sup already txted my new sched, and luckily I had the 10x4 sched, which is 10 hours/day and 4 days/week. Sounds great, ayt? I'll be enjoying 3 rest days and that would be Friday, Saturday and Sunday, yipee!

It's me signing on again...yea, and it seems like a decade hahaha! I had a goodnight sleep (14 hours straight) and this is the reason why I am kicking in the blogger world again.
I guess that 14 hours is enough to compensate for those sleepless nights. I am not complaining about my work though. My body clock has already adjusted to my new life routine, which is to sit and keep my eyes and ears wide awake all throughout my shift, and that is from 11pm until 7am (excluding the 1 1/2 hour trip from Cavite to Makati).
I'm having a great time at work especially when you know that everyone in your batch is your friend. We are 20 in the batch for the (ssshhh..) account and we are all like brothers and sisters. In fact, we are already excited for our out of town trip. Where? We are choosing between Tagaytay and Baguio. It depends on our July schedule though.
Everyone was screaming yesterday because we were told by our supervisor to enjoy our last holiday for this year. You got it right! We weren't asked to report for work last night so we have a total of 3 rest days for this week. And it was really a super "yey!" for all of us because it's...payday!
I arrived here at 11am yesterday and had our lunch. And instead of dragging myself to bed, we (our prince, hubby & I) went to SM to shop around. And it makes me a real happy momma whenever my baby giggles of too much excitement.
Ooops...it's lunch time. I better get out of here for now...I'll be back later tonight. We will be checking our new home in Camella this afternoon. It's a Saturday freakin' day for me and I'm getting excited to paint our new home.

For almost three months of being away from the Internet (for me it was a complete absence since I can't do the things that I'm used to online), I have come to love watching TV from morning until midnight. Changing channels every now and then just to find the best TV program to kill my boredom was part of my daily routine.
But I'm not yet satisfied watching three to five channels only. So I guess, I will consider subscribing for a Cable TV. I was actually looking for the right cable to subscribe for when Direct TV came in just on time. Upon checking on its site, I was astounded and very much excited to enjoy a great deal of Theater style TV marathon at home.
Plus, it has a lot of freebies to offer us guys! I am now very excited to get a Direct tv soon.

It's been like two weeks since we were discussing about purchasing that house and lot in Camella Homes Springville Subdivison which is located in Bacoor, Cavite. Hubby's aunt came home all the way from Hong Kong to check 4 units of house and lot. It's her new added business, realty. She volunteered to buy 1 unit (a foreclosed house and lot) for us but of course we have to pay for it on installment basis. It's a good deal though since we are no longer required to pay for the reservation fee, downpayment, and other processing fees for the documents.
As much as we want to see the place, hubby and I can't just leave like that since both of us are busy with our works here. Everything was almost OK except for the photos. Yes, we just settled on looking at the photos instead. Just two days ago the photos were sent via e-mail. I was expecting to see good shots of the unit since I'm into designs. But what the hell! I don't wanna spend a million (as if I have it, lol!) with the way I see it. Grrrr! Yes my dear, umiral na naman kaartehan ko. Hay ewan! I've been screaming in our bedroom because of the shots! Arrrgghhh! Although the house is fair enough for the price, but my kaartehan can't imagine how I am going to redesign the house. It's a 'lil bit old and I don't like the way it was designed by whoever architect made it. Of course, the thrifty me doesn't want to spend more for renovation. Although hubby's aunt volunteered to take charge of the renovation, but! but! expenses will be added on the total contract price which we have to pay for a couple of years. And I thought that it's impractical to settle on that. I'd rather buy a lot so I can build a house designed by yours truly.For an about 2 hours or so, the irritable me had transformed again into my normal state. I was trying to absorb everything to come up with a positive decision although I already told hubby to say 'NO!" to his aunt. I looked at the photos again, and tried to redesign the house through my imagination. I was able to do so. However, something else came up on me again hahaha! Ako'y isang bagyo! The fickle-minded me decided to settle with a big "NO!" to that whatI call Home "Bitter" Home.
Oh, come on! Ask me WHY?! hehehe! The "Ilocano" me (w/c is what my hubby used to call me when we're having a fight) had think about purchasing a house and lot from her aunt. Of course, it will be named after my hubby's name and I can't do anything about it since it is her aunt who will settle the documents. And I have no guts to argue with her that what I really wanted is to put my name on the documents. Hahaha! Oo na! I know what you're thinking, lol!
Kelangan mautak pa rin eh! Imagine, I will be paying half of our monthly amortization and the other half is of course hubby's obligation. But hey! It won't be a conjugal property just in case we purchase the property. As you may know, hubby and I are still both single, but not available of course. I bet you know what I mean. Marriage may solve the worry, but it's still beyond my plans. We never know what's gonna happen. And sure you know that annulment is too expensive hahaha! Hay ewan, hindi solusyon ang kasal sa ganyan, lol! I already learned from my mom's and aunts' experience. Maybe when we reached the age of 40, that could be possible lol!
But still I'm not closing my plan on getting a home "sweet" home this time. Ssshhh...I'd just get one from PAG-IBIG financing so it'll be under my name. Hubby won't argue with me on this matter. He still has to pay half of the monthly amortization, and it's OK with him. But before we go on with that, I need to settle first the needed requirements, etc. How I wish we could already have one soon. Renting is waaay impractical than spending a million for a property. Wish us luck!
I uber heart interior designing since I was just a kid. I used to tweak almost everything in our old home. I rearranged the sofas, wall decors, beds, etc. almost every week. Mom and dad were used to it, seeing a new living room, dining room and bedroom every time they left and came home. I dunno how it started, I just love to stay at home while the other children were busy playing. You'd often find me locked in my room, holding a pen and a clean sheet of paper. I used to make floor plans and interior designs, and later on was able to learn the basics of architectural perspectives. I guess it all started from there and since I was just a kid, I was using our home as my sample creations.
I missed those times when I enjoy myself with my so-called playmates: my pen and clean sheet of papers. And now that I am left here, I am itching to do my passion...
Why "home-made"? We haven't bought our own lounge set because of four reasons:
(1) We are located in a calamity prone province so I am afraid that should a super typhoon hit us again (hope not pls...) it would be hard for us to save such a big set of investment. I would surely cry a lot with just the thought of wasting a big amount of money.
(2) We don't have our own home to stay for years, so it would be hard for us to move from one home to another with a big lounge set. It could only mean another expenses for a truck rental fee. Yea, I hate wasting money.
(3) It is not included in our budget list in the coming months. With all the monthly expenses that we have to finance, I'm sure it will leave us broke huhuhu!
(4) We won't be staying here in the province for many years. We are already planning to transfer in Manila either this year or early next year. Meaning, carrying a very bulky cargo is the least thing we would wish to do. Having it transported through a cargo carrier would definitely cost us a lot.

The whole day was spent searching for a house for rent. Yea I know, I know, public transportation is on strike today and will end til midnight. But the eagerness to find a new haven for us makes me hard-headed again. Well, we've been searching for a studio-type to rent for almost 2 days already. A studio-type home because it'll only be Bendyk, hubby and me who will be staying there. We're not that big to occupy the entire space at home so it'll be more practical to choose a not-so-big home.
But we didn't find any at Barriada so even if it's raining, hubby and I walked straight to Our Lady's Village, wishing to finally find a studio-type home. You see, we have to leave this house even though it's so big and fully furnished for us. There are just some people who are so "makakapal" to stay here even if they are not welcome anymore. These two people do wear thick faces to stick and stay here despite the fact that I am sending them away of this house since they aren't actually renting here and the fact that the woman is supposed to be with her kids whom she left at her mom's custody which I just knew days ago. And worst, mom is the one feeding them since the man has no more job. D'oh! Well, mom can't send them away 'cause she's always the hospitable woman I know. Arrrggghhh! It's a different story! So better get out of this house before I blow fire again! I am trying to hold my temper, but staying here for a few more days would certainly provoke me to give them a new set of hit! Darn! Uber sa kapal!

Well, it'll take two more years I guess and it'll be in a faraway land, right within the vicinity of their farm-resort in Silang, Cavite. Waaah! Super layo naman nun sa kabihasnan. ==> : (

And good thing, the landlord as well as his family is hospitable to let us rent the house. It wasn't actually a big one as compared to this house we currently stay in. I guess it's only half of the size of this house. But it's already good for us. It has 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining space, and comfort room. We also have our own small gate and the windows have screens and grills. And the monthly rent, which is 2,500php is not that expensive so it'll be easy on our pocket. Practicality has to be with us these days especially that the prices of products and even services are gradually increasing to our dismay.

It's the 15th of April, the effectivity date of my resignation from my previous work. Yea, I decided to leave my job and in the meantime would try my best to be a "wifey momma". It's so strange that for over 2 years of becoming a mom, I never been an ideal mom to my kiddo and a good wife to my hubby. I'm not so sure of this, but I guess it's quite true.
Anyhoo, I started the day cleaning the house, rearranging stuffs from one corner to another and so far it feels good to touch them once again. You see, I've always been a frustrated interior designer so expect everything inside the house to be rearranged once a week or at least twice a month. It makes me feel oh so damn goood!
Done with the general cleaning and assisted my prince bendyk in his milky bubble bath. My prince looks fresh again so I turned on the TV so he could watch his anticipated fave show, wowowee. While the wifey momma went to the kitchen to cook for our lunch. Hubby is at work so no one would cook for Bendyk and me. (sigh!) I found fresh longaniza and was confused on how to cook it the right way. I forgot to ask hubby about it before he left.
Well, I imagined how it looks like when cooked so I figured out the procedures. I washed the longaniza first before putting them on the pan. And then I half-filled the pan with water, and put it in the stove, covered them and waited for a few minutes until the water boiled. I picked every piece of longanizas and sliced each into thin pieces. After that, I put a little cooking oil in an empty pan, put the longanizas on it, sprinkled a pint of sugar to caramelize and put them on the stove. I tossed and turned them on the pan so they won't get burned.

When you try to look at it closely, you'll notice that some part are a 'lil burned. I found out that cooking this kind of dish sticks on the pan so I had to gather extra effort just to toss and turn them. About the taste, well...I must admit that it doesn't taste good. It's some kinda sour and a bit sweet. I dunno if the problem is with my cooking or the mixture of the one who made it. Sigh! Better luck next time christelle, hehehe!
After lunch, cleaned the table and washed the dirty dishes on the sink, I took a bath and interact once again with my techie-buddy. I have a lot of online work to do. You see, I resigned from my job, but it doesn't mean that I don't work anymore. I deal with data entry, social marketing, and monetized blogging so expect me to be busy everyday like when I was still working in a real office.
